Natasha is an Expressive Arts Therapist and arts facilitator. She believes that creative expression is fundamental to who we are as human beings and that the artistic process can serve as a powerful vehicle for accessing self-knowledge and body wisdom.

Natasha found Sanctuary after her own healing journey inspired her to seek out a community which is radically accepting of different ways of existing in the world and focuses on real relationships and authenticity.

Some of her other areas of interest and training are cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, and mindfulness based addiction recovery. She is also deeply passionate about art as a platform for social justice and has worked with a diverse range of communities in Toronto including Toronto General Hospital, YWCA, Access Alliance Multicultural Centre, Sojourn Refugee House, Loft Community Services, and more.

Natasha is a professional member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals and the Ontario Expressive Arts Association in Canada.
